This letter is to serve as notice of my Company's appreciation of the work carried out by Premier Ship Models Ltd regarding the design, construction and delivery of five model ships for a project Rich Creation International Ltd has to fit out the currently 'in-progress' installation of 'Hong Kong's first full Maritime Museum'.
We first commissioned Premier Ship Models in early 2004 for a very urgent delivery on custom making ship models of the Batavia and San Felipe Galleons. This then increased to additional orders for a further two model historical model ships of the Borobodur and Perahu vessels and lastly, late in 2004, a Singalese model sailing boat.
The entire project continued to undego many design changes and even resulted in the change of size/scale of the model ship Batavia. All accommodated without problem by PSM. They worked very professionally and did significant research on the later commissioned model ships as our client had little information on these historical ships.

Constant delays and our clients change of mind on needs, finishing, ageing of the model ships etc added complexities to already difficult tasks, but in the end we received on time very excellent wooden ship models, highly detailed and fine finishing. The shipping and packing was excellent, and all five ship models received after a near 3 week journey by sea were without damage.
We found Rashid and his staffs' service to be very helpful, timely and professional in every respect. We will and hope to use them again on other projects and further commissions for this Museum as it expands and creates new displays. The general quality, service and reliability has proved its worth in using them over less expensive options, but in saying that we still find them to be highly competitive and value for money. We would recommend them to any other prospective client for the provision of high quality maritime ship models.

When confronted with two projects for the BBC 'Ancestors' both requiring detailed model ships, and both with a tight budget and limited timescale, I was initially at a loss. Fortunately a quick search on the web introduced the BBC to Premier Ship Models.
Having met with Rashid to discuss my requirements, objectives and timescales, I was sincerely astonished with both his enthusiasm and the detailed quality of his company's ship models.
Despite an almost impossible schedule, his extraordinary team of craftsfolk managed to deliver ‘2 x 8 feet' ship models of the HMS Beagle and HMS Bellona -on time and more importantly on budget!!

The HMS Surprise model and cross-section model arrived last night and are absolutely beautiful! Perfect timing too with the holidays just around the corner. All the changes I requested are there and just as I pictured them. Having both the ship model and the cross section model was definitely a good choice and the cross-section looks fantastic. I have already spent several hours gazing at both models! Thank you for all the work and making all the requested changes. This has been a very pleasant experience and I look forward to working with you again. Please convey my gratitude to all those involved with my models - I truly appreciate all the work and effort.
I am currently finishing the Alexander Kent series and about to re-read the Patrick O'Brian series. I am sure I'll be spending a lot of time looking at the Surprise while reading about her!

I found your website through an extensive search using Google; I looked an many other sites that also construct model ships, including the Amerigo Vespucci, but I felt the most comfortable with your quality and what you had to say about your product on the website.
I have never purchased a model ship before [this being my first] but it has always been a dream of mine since I was a boy. I wait with great anticipation to receive your work of art.
May I ask you one question before you begin construction? I see that you offer the same model, for the same price, in a “painted” series and I have opted for the partially painted series. In your professional opinion what do you think looks the best? Perhaps that is an unfair question to ask since I am sure that both are magnificent but I really grappled with this decision and if you leaned towards the painted model I would make that small change to my order.

The ship model (HMS Bounty) arrived on Tuesday this
week. I'm most impressed by it. It's beautiful. The workmanship is
superb.
This is something I've waited a long time for (I originally started
looking some 15 years ago when I first set up in business). I've absolutely no
hesitation in recommending your company and its model ships (and have already done
so) - service was excellent and the ship beyond praise. I wait with impatience
the arrival of the second ship model (HMS Surprise)!
As to how I found Premier Ship Models - it was by
searching in the main search of Google. It was last year and I can't remember
the key words I used though I think I had several goes. As I mentioned earlier
this is something I've been looking for for a long time but it wasn't until

Could you tell me what I was charged in Euros. These were on special and the invoice came in UK pounds. Also could you tell me which showcase I should order for this. Could you tell me what I was charged in Euros. These were on special and the invoice came in UK pounds. Also could you tell me which showcase I should order for this. I would prefer the showcase in all glass with a wooden bottom. By all glass I mean no metal frame around the glass just glass to glass. Could you also give me the cost in Euro including shipping?

I was very pleased to collect my custom ship model of the three masted barque Brier Holme the other day. The ship model is wonderful and is a very accurate copy of the original vessel. The detail is marvellous and all the workmanship is superb.

It is amazingly beautiful and detailed; he was speechless when he saw it. He spent about an hour exploring it that first day, using his reference texts on O'Brian's novels to examine every detail. He was very moved by the gift and the skill and craftsmanship of your ship model builders. He's an engineer, and was particularly impressed with the way you designed and packaged the crate the HMS Surprise arrived in. He's planning on sending you and your employees his own message to express his admiration and thanks personally.

The Albatross model boat is a lovely little ship, although she does look a little lost in our apartment. With the benefit of hindsight I probably should have got the full sized ship model of the USS Constitution, but I was a little apprehensive about the size. Anyway, I'll save that for another day. I thought that I would let you know that the HMS Victory model ship arrived safely the other day. Even after seeing the level of finish and attention to detail of your other ship models, when we met on your stand at the London Boat Show, I was still immensely impressed and pleased with the actual ship. Thank you for taking the time to add the additional paint to the hull. It was certainly worth waiting for and will now be a happy and permanent reminder of my childhood in Pompey.
I hope PSM continues to succeed as it deserves (hopefully helped by our picture in Canal Boat Magazine this month!!) and I would be most grateful if you would send me a copy of your catalogue so so that I can 'spread the word' to others who will no doubt be equally impressed when I put my HMS Victory ship model on display.
